First, I want to thank you for visiting my site and considering me for your health and fitness needs. 

I've always had a love for exercise and athletics. All the way back to elementary school, gym class was my favorite. As I got older, and life got harder, exercise quickly became my safe space. No matter what happened around me or what was said to me, I was strong, fast, and smart. When you are confident in what makes you who you are, you don't have to announce it, and no one can take it away from you. 

If we are all honest with ourselves, when we are healthy, we feel more confident in ourselves. Over the years, I have studied, practiced, and researched many methods of training styles and philosophies including breathing techniques to help enhance results for myself and my clients. 

My goal is to help you become your best healthiest self in whatever form that looks like to you.
